Project Manager

The project manager is the gatekeeper between Kitchen Sink’s account management team and creatives. You are a master at breaking projects down into components, setting up timelines, procuring resources, and managing workflow for everything from a single piece of collateral to multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns. Leveraging the tools and systems at your disposal, you can manage the tasks, assets, and capacity for an individual or an entire team. You understand how projects are executed across all medium, and are always looking for a way to improve systems – from a single process to our company’s infrastructure.

While people love you because they think you make their jobs easier, you know it’s all about keeping complex processes seamlessly efficient. You have no problem standing your ground and tactfully communicating why project success requires specific commitments, changes, and process.

You are the glue that keeps our projects and our people together, working collaboratively to keep projects on time and on budget from start to finish. You are an expert in how creative work gets done, how teams are best motivated, and how to solve problems. You are proactive, not reactive, and love a challenge.
