Account Executive
An Account Executive works across a number of sectors, including branding, advertising, digital, film and marketing – overseeing client projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. You will pitch clients, so a confident and assertive approach is necessary to promote our ideas and benefits while developing strong relationships.
Working alongside and reporting to the leadership team, this role exists in a dynamic environment that is equal parts demanding and fulfilling. The team will depend on you to give your projects direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve excellent outcomes for the client..
You:
- Have 3-5 years leading accounts in a marketing/advertising/strategy/consulting environment.
- Possess a portfolio of projects you’ve personally led, highlighting strong account and relationship management.
- Are passionate about developing client relationships, and able to demonstrate growth with assigned accounts.
- Have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a strong command of digital platforms and emerging marketing trends.
- Are solution oriented. To you, challenges are opportunities.
- Are comfortable with and successful at managing numerous clients at once.
- Are proactive, not reactive. You can anticipate, mitigate, and iterate.
- Craft, deliver and lead strong presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.
